The GOALS of the Oregon Invention Convention
- Bring STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) invention education to 1,000 K-12 students in the Portland and Salem Metro Areas by 2017.
- Bring STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) invention education to 1,000,000 K-12 students throughout Oregon by 2021
- Provide opportunities for students to be recognized and valued for their inventions through Regional and State Invention Conventions
- Include all qualified student invention programs as part of a state-wide Oregon Invention Convention program
